Mitandao ya kijamii inavyochochea migogoro na talaka nchini
KILA siku mitandao ya kijamii hujaa jumbe zinazowashauri watu kujiepusha na ndoa, kuachana na wachumba wao au kutafsiri kila mzozo kama ishara ya kuvunjika kwa uhusiano. Baadhi ya wanawake hujitokeza kwenye TikTok na majukwaa mengine kueleza jinsi wanavyoona ndoa ikiwa mzigo, huku wengine wakitumia uzoefu wao wa talaka kuwashauri walio kwenye ndoa kuwa makini na kujiandaa kwa siku ambayo mambo yataharibika. Hali hiyo imeibua swali: Je, mitandao ya kijamii inachochea migogoro katika ndoa? Mwanasaikolojia na mshauri wa ndoa Lucy Nduti anasema mitandao sasa ni chanzo cha migogoro mingi ya ndoa anayoshughulikia. Anasema tatizo ni ushauri unaotolewa na watu wasio na utaalamu, huku masuala magumu ya ndoa yakifupishwa kuwa kauli kama, "Ondoka mara moja akifanya hivi." Bi Nduti anasema ndoa huhitaji kuangalia muktadha, mawasiliano, historia ya uhusiano, mipaka na tofauti za wahusika, mambo ambayo hayawezi kuelezwa kwa jumbe fupi mitandaoni. "Ushauri mzuri unapaswa kutoa nafasi kwa muktadha, mazungumzo na, inapohitajika, msaada wa kitaalamu," anasema. Anasema pia tabia ya kuita kila jambo "ishara mbaya" inaweza kufanya migogoro ya kawaida ionekane kama sababu ya kuvunja ndoa. Kwa mfano, mtu anayesahau kumbukumbu ya siku muhimu au kunyamaza baada ya siku ngumu anaweza kutafsiriwa haraka kuwa ana tatizo kubwa. Mitandao pia imebadilisha jinsi watu wanavyolinganisha ndoa zao. "Tunalinganisha maisha yetu ya faragha na matukio yaliyochaguliwa na mtu mwingine kuyaonyesha hadharani. Tunaona zawadi, likizo na picha nzuri za familia, lakini hatuoni shinikizo za kifedha au mazungumzo magumu yaliyo nyuma yake," anasema. Kwa mujibu wa Bi Nduti, hali hiyo inaweza kumfanya mtu ajiulize kwa nini ndoa yake haifanani na anazoona mtandaoni. Pia, wanandoa wanaweza kutumia muda mwingi wakiwa kwenye simu wakati wa chakula au kabla ya kulala, hivyo kupunguza mazungumzo, ukaribu na mapenzi. Hata hivyo, anasema si kila tatizo la ndoa linasababishwa na mitandao. Kwa upande wake, wakili Cosmas Mureti anasema mitandao imeanza kuonekana katika migogoro inayofikishwa mahakamani. Anasema machapisho ya mitandaoni yanaweza kutumiwa kama ushahidi wa madai kama uzinzi na ukatili katika ndoa. Hata hivyo, anatahadharisha wanandoa dhidi ya kuweka hadharani ujumbe wa kibinafsi, picha za skrini na ugomvi wao. "Watu wa nje wanaweza kuchochea mfarakano na kuvuruga juhudi za wanandoa kupatana," anasema. Mureti pia anapinga dhana kwamba mchumba anayelinda simu yake lazima awe anaficha usaliti. "Ndoa si gereza na haiondoi haki ya mtu ya faragha," anasema. Anasema kila wanandoa wana namna yao ya kuendesha ndoa na hawapaswi kulinganisha uhusiano wao na ndoa zinazoonyeshwa mtandaoni.

"Tuombe kwa ajili ya pumziko la roho zao tunapoombea familia zao, parokia ya St Mathias Mulumba na Dayosisi nzima ili tupate faraja na utulivu kutoka kwa Bwana," alisema.
